This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) defines the service commitments, support standards, availability targets, and service credit framework applicable to advanced hosting projects delivered by Beta Advanced Projects Co. The purpose of this SLA is to convert service expectations into measurable operating standards for business-critical websites, applications, email systems, and managed hosting environments

Scope of Services
This SLA may apply, depending on the subscribed service package, to one or more of the following:
- Managed web hosting
- Shared hosting for production business websites
- Virtual private servers (VPS)
- Managed Linux hosting
- Business email hosting
- DNS hosting and zone management
- SSL certificate deployment and renewal support
- Backup and restore services
- Website migration and onboarding assistance
Service Objective Beta positions this SLA for advanced projects that require operational stability, structured support, and documented service accountability. In hosting practice, an SLA should define uptime commitments, support response expectations, exclusions, and service credits in case the provider fails to meet the agreed service level
Availability Commitment Beta commits to a target monthly service availability of 99.9% for covered production hosting services unless a different commitment is stated in the Customer’s order or enterprise addendum. SLA structures commonly define service levels in terms of monthly uptime percentage and service credits when the commitment is not met
